Hotel Fritz Valwig exceeded my expectations in several areas. the location is ideal, situated just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Mosel River and with easy access to the charming villages nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.
All was well and I had a comfortable stay.

Service in the restaurant was excellent. Both meals (included breakfast and dinner at a fair price) were very good and quickly served. The waiter named Adi was very friendly, close and attentive with most of the customers as I have noticed. The location is not very interesting but close to attraction points of major interest like Reichsburg Cochem. The price was fair according to the facilities advertised which can lead to no great expectations however.
The bathroom was not very clean as the smell of dampness was predominant. Also, the plumbing and sanitary bowls show signs of rust.

Room was very Basic 60 style, very clean.Location very good. M.Schrank
Too Basic for a modern hotel furnished in the style of the sixtys. not even a mirrow in the room, not enough hooks to hang the towels after showering. M.Schrank

Located in an area surrounded by the cutest little villages, this hotel offers a beautiful view of the Mosel River. the rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, and flatscreen TV. Guests can enjoy self-service meals from the buffet, which consists of fresh and tasty food. the hotel's bar and lounge area offer a nice atmosphere to relax.
The service provided by the staff needs improvement, as they tend to forget guest requests and it can take a while to receive things such as drinks or the bill during dinner.

Returning from a Ski trip to Austria, stayed overnight at an unbelievable rate!(flash deal) Room was basic but comfortable, breakfast was very good and the location was superb (banks of the Rhine). I would definitely make the small detour to stay here again as it was fantastic value for money!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering all the extras that were included in the price. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. I particularly enjoyed the extra room with a winter-garden-style design, which provided a cozy and relaxing space to unwind. The hotel's location, right on the river Mosel, offered a beautiful view and allowed easy access to charming villages like Beilstein.
Everything was okay.

The staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was good with the breakfast being excellent. The rooms were basic and the bathroom was a little small along with wardrobe that was just big enough for one person. Overall experience was very good though as it was used for overnight only and day time was spent away sightseeing.

It was a flash deal therefore we chose it. Location is good.
Offered room was not the same as at the preview pictures - very tiny with awful bad and pillows. We definitely would not chose it again.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled right next to the beautiful Mosel River. The location was perfect, with the cutest little villages just a short distance away. I was able to explore the area and discover the hidden gems of this picturesque region.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent, and I couldn't find anything that could be improved upon.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being a stone's throw away from the river made for a serene and peaceful stay. The food served at the hotel was delicious, fresher than we expected, and offered a great variety of options. the staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed.
The rooms were slightly outdated and could benefit from a renovation. The bathroom was relatively small, and we would have preferred more space.

Great breakfast and very polite staff. the location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers and is easily accessible. the rooms were clean and tidy, which is always appreciated.
the walls in the room were thin, which made it impossible to sleep, and the noise was aggravating.
